REAL RATE · ENVELOPES · SNAP & GO
A budgeting tool for people paid in one currency and living on another. It works out what actually lands after every fee and spread, turns that into a budget you can hold, and reads your receipts from a photograph so you never type one.
Free · Works on your phone · Your ledger never leaves it
Real figures from a $2,500/month income at ₱57 — including the ₱2,300 a month most people never see leave.
THE REAL RATE
Between the headline rate and money in your hand sits a stack of leaks — the transfer spread, ATM fees, card FX, a flat wire charge. XPAT Ledger does that arithmetic once and shows you the number that actually matters.
THE BUDGET
Your landed money, split into envelopes you choose, with a daily allowance and a verdict you cannot misread. The point is to find out you are overspending while there is still time to correct it.
SNAP & GO
Budgeting fails because logging is tedious. So there is nothing to type: point the camera at a receipt and the vendor, total, currency and date come back on their own.
YOUR DATA, AND YOUR RECORDS
There is no account and no sign-in. Your ledger is stored on your device, which means we cannot see it — and equally, that backing it up is your job and the app is direct with you about that.
Being straight, so nothing here oversells: there are no accounts and no sync — your ledger lives on one device, and moving to a new phone means restoring your backup file. Cross-device sync is planned and is the reason accounts will eventually exist.
It is also a planning tool, not financial advice. Fee defaults are editable starting points rather than quotes, and live rates come from a public feed that can lag. Verify anything that matters. The Terms and Privacy policy say all of this in full.
